Robin J. Hicks, MPH, a seasoned non-profit professional with experience in project management, organizational culture, community engagement and health equity initiatives. Across more than 15 years in public health and nonprofit consulting, her professional work has focused on program implementation, leadership development, and building the structures and relationships that help organizations move from intention to action.
Previously, Robin served as a Senior Consultant with Day Health Strategies, advising nonprofit and healthcare organizations on strategy, organizational change, and board development. Prior to Day Health, she spent five years as a Senior Project Manager at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), leading initiatives focused on social determinants of health and health equity. She provided technical assistance to organizations working to reduce disparities in healthcare outcomes and patient experience and supported leaders in advancing health equity within their organizations.
Across these roles, Robin brings together systems thinking and human experience, expertise and spiritual formation. She is particularly drawn to work that requires both vision and practical execution—helping people and organizations see what is possible, identify what needs to change, and build the relationships, structures, and practices to move forward.
Robin holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College. She resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her family.
