Lillian began her nonprofit professional career as an intern with GLIDE Foundation, a nationally recognized social justice and health and human services organization, and concluded her 21-year tenure as the organization's inaugural Chief Program Officer.

Her program operations and management experience spans across populations and issues, including food and nutrition programs, community safety, youth and families, violence prevention and intervention, harm reduction, crisis response and street outreach, and housing assistance.

Lillian holds a BA in Psychology and Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and is an alumna of Generations Thrive (Coro Northern California) and the REDF Accelerator. She is based in San Francisco, California.
