Chad Readey is a data science and strategy professional currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering at Columbia University, with a concentration in Innovation. He earned his B.A. in Data Science with a minor in Business Institutions from Northwestern University, where he competed as a Division I varsity baseball player.
Chad has experience across consulting, analytics, and startup environments. At Kemp Whitfield Inc., he supported strategic planning and conducted data-driven research on economic mobility and family office trends. While at The MetroAlliance Inc., he applied data analysis to guide real estate investments in resource-constrained neighborhoods. He also interned as a financial analyst at Tax Squad, providing company valuations and preparing firms for M&A through financial modeling and comparative analysis.
As an entrepreneur, Chad co-founded SYMBA Inc., a blockchain-based carbon market startup that advanced to the semi-finals of Northwestern's VentureCat competition. His technical portfolio includes building AI agents for energy policy analysis (Energy GPT), developing NBA player performance prediction models, and conducting economic network analysis using R and Python.
