Bree Doldron is a Senior Analyst at Public Equity Group and is dedicated to driving social impact and innovation through public affairs, community, and curiosity. Bree has navigated complex landscapes and mission-driven initiatives, offering strategic and creative counsel to clients while guiding them through intricate policy challenges.

Driven by a passion for community and contributing to social change, Bree joined Changing The Conversation, where she was on the ground in PA, helping lead program design, training, and recruitment efforts for voter outreach in the tipping point state of the 2024 election. She utilized deep canvassing—an innovative, story-based persuasion method with an empirically proven ability to change hearts and minds—to engage communities in impactful conversations and shift perspectives toward action.

Prior to this, as a Junior Associate at M Booth Health, Bree focused on strategic communications and policy impact, leveraging monitoring and evaluation to expand access to medication and improve public health outcomes. She stayed informed on clients’ therapeutic areas, intellectual property, access and trade policies to support their initiatives. Notably, she was part of developing a $24 million grant initiative that supported 116 organizations across 41 countries, aimed at reducing health disparities, improving access to quality healthcare, advancing medical education, and supporting local communities most impacted by the HIV epidemic.

Bree holds a BA from Hampshire College in Culture, Health, and Science, where she focused on the social contract in relation to exclusion, ownership, and systemic barriers.
